07 May 2018 Megaformer Challenge…WEEK 2…stay focused
Week one of the 2018 Megaformer Challenge is now behind us. For some challengers it was about training in a completely different way, and for most of us there may have been a few sore muscles! No matter how good or bad the first week was for you, it’s important to stay focused for the next three weeks.
I get it, the weather is getting colder and the days shorter, but try to refrain from hitting that late cancel button. You set yourself a goal to finish this challenge and complete those classes each week. So do it! If you feel yourself losing focus during the week; on a Monday afternoon, Friday night or early Sunday morning, these few tips could help your through the week:
- Book ALL your classes on a Sunday for the week ahead
- Remember your WHY
- No excuses. Tell yourself it’s a non-negotiable
- Focus on the end goal
