K-Kore brings Hollywood’s favourite celebrity workout to Melbourne. But what is Lagree Fitness? Lagree Fitness is a total body workout performed on the Megaformer. The workout is low-impact, high-intensity and A lot of people like to call the Lagree method, “Pilates on steroids’ and this is true in a sense. You’ll get a complete, full-body workout in 45 minutes combining cardio, strength, endurance, body composition, and flexibility — not just in one session, but in each and every move.

Each exercise is performed slowly to activate the slow-twitch muscle fibres, leading to the long, lean, toned look you desire. The slow, controlled movement will make your muscles shake, something we call, ‘Lagree Shakes’.
Every 45 minute class will push you past your comfort zone to achieve a new level of fitness, all in a safe and low impact environment. The results speak for themselves. You will love the Lagree Fitness Method.
This is our 45 minute signature class for all-levels.
Expect to work your muscles to fatigue with planks, twists, pikes, lunges and crunches all done with a slow, controlled movement on the Megaformer.
We recommend attending this class at least 2 or 3 times a week to achieve best results.
New to the Megaformer? This 45 minute class is devoted to teaching the essential Lagree moves to prepare you for MegaKore All Levels.
A great introduction to the Lagree method, this class will run at a slower pace with more time devoted to the science behind Lagree Fitness and each individual exercise.
We recommend new clients attend this class at least once before booking in an All-Levels session.
This 45 minute class combines the traditional Lagree Fitness technique with short intervals of kettlebells, dumbbells or bodyweight exercises. Or all three!
This intense class still provides the same ‘after burn’ effect as our All-Levels class but with the added bonus of increased heart rate and a little bit more sweat.
We recommend attending at least 3-4 of our All-Levels classes prior.
This beginner class starts with an introduction to the Lagree Method, the Megaformer and K-Kore which will guide you through the foundation Lagree moves.
This is an instructional class (as opposed to a full class) that gets participants acquainted and comfortable with the workout.
We recommend you take this class once to best set yourself up for either a MegaKore Basics or MegaKore All-Levels class.
