Class Descriptions

K-Kore offers a different workout for everyone’s level of fitness, from our MegaKore Basics to our MegaHIIT class for those keen for an extra challenge!

MEGAKORE BASICS

New to the Megaformer? This is the class is a great introduction to our MegaKore classes. We’ll still run a full 45 minute class just at a slower pace with more information about the Lagree method and each individual exercise. We guarantee you’ll still get a workout!

MEGAKORE

This is our 45 minute class for all-levels. Expect to work your muscles to fatigue with planks, twists, pikes, lunges and crunches all done with a slow, controlled movement. Your muscles will burn and expect to sweat and shake.

MEGAHIIT

This 50 minute class combines intervals of kettlebell exercises with our traditional Lagree Fitness technique for an increased focus on metabolic burn. This fat busting class will leave you buzzing on endorphins! Incorporating Kettlebell movements such as Kettlebell swings, squat thrusters, goblet squats and clean and jerks, the class focuses on building strength and endurance.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Interested in a private session? Or want to book out the studio for a group of friends or work mates? Our private sessions and group classes are ideal for those who want to enjoy a more personalised workout. These 1 hour sessions are ideal for one-on-one training to work on perfecting your form.
