10 Jan How to get your Lagree workout while travelling
I know, I know, the holiday season is almost over and it’s back to the real world and (hopefully) back to your regular exercise routine. Unfortunately this can be disrupted by travel for work or holidays or other things that come up in life, so it got me thinking how to keep up your Lagree exercise while away from the studio.
A number of exercises usually performed on the Megaformer can be replicated using a towel and chair! As long as you have access to a solid (tile or hardwood) floor you can bang out Bear, Teaser, Catfish and Carriage Kicks among other Lagree moves.
